Pramod has spent more than a decade in companies like Dr. Reddy’s , Watson (Now Teva),Ipca labs and Glenmark pharmaceutical where he gained expertise in the solid oral and topical dosage form spanning across delayed release, extended release, gastro retentive drug delivery, orally disintegrating and chewable tablets and capsules for the US, Europe ,Barzil, Austrailia ,South africa, and ROW markets.
